Very pleasant, professional people who are more interested in selling cars than main dealers who focus more on finance, gap insurance and paint protection options. We were very impressed. We had been looking for a Passat estate for a while, and when one came up at EMC at a very good price for type, year and mileage we leapt on it, as we needed a big dependable car for a holiday in just a few days. EMC explained they had only just had it delivered to them, and our timeframe woudn't allow them enough time to have the car fully checked over, but I was welcome to test-drive. We had a good long drive in the car. EMC pointed out a very small dent in a door - it was so small I would never have noticed it, but they were keen that the car be in tip-top shape when we took it on, and said they they would have it sorted out out later. The sale was dealt with very efficiently, and away we went. On our holiday trip a few faults came to light, and over the next 2-3 weeks these (and the dent) were efficiently and cheerfully sorted out. EMC really went the extra mile and then some to make sure we got a car we were happy with. Would happily buy from them again.
