Having just bought our replacement car from EMC we were very happy with the customer service we received. A very positive reception when viewing the car. The car was as advertised and more. All in all a very pleasant car buying experience.

I cannot praise Louis enough! Very straight forward, excellent pricing. Low hassle, no upselling. The cars they have in stock gave me confidence that they were not your average used car dealer. If I need another car I know where I will go again, have used main dealers in recent years and Louis goes way beyond their services.

Vince was fantastic to deal with - incredibly transparent, genuine, and honest - a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealing with car dealers. The car was as described, and overall the process was very smooth. I would 100% recommend you deal with Vince even if you had to drive 100s of miles - you won't be disappointed. All round pleasure to deal with. From the first phone call to the collection , as smooth a deal as I've been involved in. Honest and upfront , car exactly as advertised and Vince is extremely knowledgeable about the model (Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio) . Oh and Sarah was lovey as well.

Absolutely incredible service by Sarah and Vince - this is how used car sales should be! If you're looking for a no-hassle buy, this is the place for you. Sarah and Vince go above and beyond for their customers, and put zero pressure on making the sale. In the end I decided not to make the purchase for external reasons, but the difference between Sarah and Vince's approach to sales and other car salesmen was stark - others should take note! Very upfront about any and all issues (despite the issues being very sortable at no expense to me) and honest and direct with any questions I asked. The car itself was immaculate and I'm sure will be sold very soon for it's asking price, and Sarah and Vince seem to only source cars with the absolute best history possible, as this was very important to them (and me). They're not looking for hassle, I think they just want cars that sell themselves. They were very flexible in finances and were sensible in pricing - clearly they have very good knowledge of the market. Their smaller business size meant they were extremely flexible with regard to the deposit, putting zero pressure on me to make a decision. I would 100% recommend them and will be returning when I look into upgrading my car further down the line.

Sarah and Vince were excellent to deal with. The car was accurately described, I was allowed a decent length test drive and time to view the car carefully with no pressure. When I had to change my collection date, they couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

Living 2 hours away from EMC was a bit of a worry as we didn’t want to waste our journey, however Louis provided us with a video of the car both inside and under the bonnet. This gave me excellent price of mind as Louis was very honest with the cars defects (which were very minor cosmetic defects). He allowed my Dad and I time to look at the car and even offered to take us further on the test drive. Overall a fantastic service, I would give 6 stars if I could.

Sold my car (XC90) to EMC Trading. Vince came to collect it and was happy with what he saw. No trying to haggle on the agreed price. Couldn't fault the service. Will definitely look at there stock next time I'm looking for a car.

Simply perfect service! From the initial phone conversation through to driving the car away both Vince and Sarah were a pleasure to deal with. Not pushy in any way and extremely knowledgeable about the car offering lots of advice. Vince even very kindly collected us from our hotel. As for the car….. WOW is all I can say

Selling my car to Vince was much easier than I could imagine. A friend recommended Vince so I rang him up, agreed a price within an hour and Vince came half the length of the country the next day to collect it. It was a very professional and friendly process.
